You are completely gonna dig this place. The check in service was extremely useful, the room service was appropriate, and also the bed was gigantic - I honestly loved this joint. The room was grand. We felt disappointed there!! I don't think we'll forget it here. The elevators were inoperative when we were stopping there. People in this hotel are mean. Listen, this place is the best in Rome. Immediately upon my arrival I knew I'll love this hotel. We completely had an undesirable holiday. As soon as we we were there we felt it's gonna be a plain visit. The heating was malfunctioning when we were lodging there. The nearby guests were very audiable, it really irritated me. Furthermore, the bathroom was dirty, and the room service was inappropriate: I was sickened with this joint. All in all, we totally don't recommend Royal Santina Hotel Rome!
